Delivery Options
You can choose from the following delivery options:
- UPS Delivery or USPS Flat Rate Box
- Will Call Pickup
- Local Truck Delivery
All delivery options will be handled from our Sales Counter/Warehouse location in Dallas, Texas, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST Monday-Friday.
UPS or USPS Flat Rate Delivery – When you request UPS or USPS Shipping, orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (CST) will usually be shipped the same day. This includes online orders, telephone orders, and fax orders. UPS and USPS orders are only shipped within the continental United States. If your order contains a product that is either out of stock or low in stock you will be notified promptly by telephone and/or email. Our trucks pick up products Monday through Friday from our suppliers and usually that same day we will pick up the product needed to complete your order. When the order is complete, your order will be shipped immediately. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Will Call Pickup – You can request any order be placed in will call for pickup at our location in Dallas, Texas. This includes online orders, telephone orders, and fax orders.
Local Truck Delivery – Local Truck delivery – Local customers can request delivery of an order to your location by our drivers based upon the size of the order and distance. All local delivery requests by our trucks must be discussed with one of our Sales Staff.
