At Crouch Sales, we provide flexible delivery and shipping options to support local customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as customers nationwide.

Local Fastener Delivery Policy for the Dallas-Fort Worth Area

Local customers may request delivery directly to their location from our drivers based upon the size of the order and distance. For other local orders, same day delivery and next day delivery is provided through a local express delivery company. Delivery costs are based on order weight and your zip code, unless the order qualifies for one of the free delivery terms below:

   FREE SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $500.00** – Free same day delivery for orders over $500.00 (excluding tax) that are placed by 10:00 a.m. that day and that are to be delivered to zip codes within 35 miles of Crouch Sales located at 2636 Irving Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75207.   All items must be in stock for same day delivery.  If items must be ordered to complete the order, then the entire order will be delivered when complete. 

2. ---

   SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS UNDER $500.00 – Same day delivery for orders placed by 10:00 a.m. that day.  The cost for delivery will be added to the invoice for the order based upon the weight and zip code.  All items must be in stock for same day delivery.  If items must be ordered to complete the order, then the entire order will be delivered when complete.

   FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $500.00** – Free next day delivery for orders over $500.00 (excluding tax) that are placed by 2 p.m. the previous day and that are to be delivered to zip codes within 35 miles of Crouch Sales located at 2636 Irving Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75207.  All items must be in stock for next day delivery.  If items must be ordered to complete the order, then the entire order will be delivered when complete.

   NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS UNDER $500.00 – Next day delivery for orders placed by 2 p.m. the previous day.  The cost for delivery will be added to the invoice for the order based upon the weight and zip code.  All items must be in stock for next day delivery.  If items must be ordered to complete the order, then the entire order will be delivered when complete. 

**  Orders including 10' and 12' all threaded rod or strut require a $1,000.00 minimum due to delivery truck size requirements.

All orders are fulfilled from our Dallas store, and our team assists with shipping coordination to support delivery requirements, order tracking, and reliable transit times.
