Credit Account

To apply for an open credit account, download and print our Credit Application.
You can send the Credit Application via facsimile to 214-637-5146, by regular mail, by hand delivery to our Sales Counter at 2636 Irving Blvd., Dallas, Texas, 75207, any time Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, or by email to sales@crouchsales.com.

Credit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

CREDIT CARD SERVICE FEE NOTICE effective 1/1/2023:

We impose a surcharge of 3.5% on the transaction amount on payments by credit card (excluding ecommerce), including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express brand cards, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance of such credit cards. We do not surcharge debit or prepaid cards.

Check

We accept checks from local customers with the proper form of ID.
