What is Your Product Availability?

Our knowledgeable Sales Staff is on site at our warehouse and Sales Counter to assist you by telephone or by email during regular hours. We offer Nationwide shipping for online fasteners sales and have a local Sales Counter for Will Call pick up.
Fasteners Inventory
We have a large variety of fastener products in stock that we are continuously adding to this web site to buy online. Very often we hear customers tell us they were looking for a “hard to find” fastener and were asked “Have you tried Crouch?” Our Dallas, Texas, warehouse has over 12,000 square feet of a wide variety of fasteners and other industrial and construction products. In addition to our standard fasteners, we stock many hard to find and non-standard fasteners that can’t be found easily anywhere else. As an authorized distributor of many band name tools, we can also order items from the manufacturers catalogs for you. We are an authorized distributor of brand name tools such as Bessey Tools, BMI Tools, Bondus, Channellock, Irwin/Visegrip, Mayes, Mayhew Tools, Milwaukee Tool, Stanley/Proto, and Wiha Tools and other brands. If are looking for a tool from any of these manufacturers and cannot find it on this site, we may have it already in stock or we can have it ordered for you. We carry a large inventory of other products often used in the industrial and construction industry that we have in stock. Not all of the industrial and construction products that we have in stock can be found on this web site. Please contact us to let us check stock or find what you are searching for. We carry other products such as wheels, padlocks, gloves, safety glasses, knife sharpeners, E6000, and other products. Large Orders
We can accommodate large orders of our products. When you place a large order for a product we may have the quantity in stock. If we are short in the quantity you are requesting, we can most often have the quantity available that day or soon thereafter. Our trucks pick up products Monday through Friday from our suppliers and usually that same day we will pick up the product needed to complete your large order. We offer pricing discounts on large orders.
Special Orders
We are able to purchase many items that are considered "Special Order" that are not available on our site. Please contact us and let us know if you can't find what you are looking for. Also, we are able to have some fasteners special made to order per your specifications. Out of Stock/Low Stock
If your order contains a product that is either out of stock or low in stock you will be notified promptly by telephone and/or email. Our trucks pick up products Monday through Friday from our suppliers and usually that same day we will pick up the product needed to complete your order. If a shortage in your order occurs, our Sales Staff will monitor your order and notify you as soon as it is complete.

Walk-in Counter Sales – You are always welcome to come by our Sales Counter and place your order and let us help you find the products you are looking for. “Service First” to the customer is always on the mind of our Sales Staff and they will greet you at our Sales Counter to assist you. If we don’t have what you are looking for, our Sales Staff will try to direct you to a place where you can find it. Come by and visit our Sales Counter at 2636 Irving Blvd., Dallas, Texas, 75207 any time Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.
Fax orders - You can also send us your order or request a quote of the products you are looking for by facsimile. Our Sales Staff will review your order or request for quote and will contact you as soon as possible with price and availability Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Place an order by fax or request a quote by sending a fax to 214-637-5146.
Ordering online – You can order or request a quote online. This website was designed to enable our customers located throughout the United States to easily view our products and place their orders online. Please note that we stock a wide variety of products and not all of them have been added as yet to our online store. Combination ordering – It is important to know how we process your order. You can use a combination of any of the above ordering options since orders are processed or “pulled” from our inventory in the same way whether ordered by telephone, online, fax, or walk-in. When an order is made, our on-site Sales Staff will physically check the availability of the product in stock in our 12,000 square foot warehouse and “pull” the order to make it ready for shipping, will call pickup, or delivery. Because our Sales Staff is actually pulling your order on-site, you can easily add to or modify your order by contacting us before shipping or delivery by any of the above methods.
