Credit Account
To apply for an open credit account, download and print our Credit Application.
You can send the Credit Application via facsimile to 214-637-5146, by regular mail, by hand delivery to our Sales Counter at 2636 Irving Blvd., Dallas, Texas, 75207, any time Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST, or by email to sales@crouchsales.com.

Credit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Check
We accept checks from local customers with the proper form of ID.

Online Account
You can create an online account by going to the “My Account” tab at the top of this web site and entering the required information.
