Cable Ties

Cable ties are nylon ties that have a tip that can be bent to fasten into a nylon clasp that are used in electrical, construction and industrial applications to bundle and secure or loop items together and are relatively strong. Cable ties are made of nylon, are flexible and have teeth that engage with a pawl in the head to form a ratchet so that as the straight tapered free end of the tape or tie section is pulled through the head so the cable tie or tie-wrap tightens and does not come undone. Nylon cable ties are also known as zip ties and/or tie wraps.
