Thumb Screws are threaded machine screws with a large flat easy-to-grip type "thumb" head instead of a standard head to allow for frequent attachment or tightening and removal or loosening by hand removing the need for tools like wrenches or screwdrivers. Thumb Screws are available in zinc plated ZP steel, stainless steel SS. Also available are a round grip type thumb screw in brass known as brass knurled thumb screws.
